Holds a BSc in Biology from National and Kapodestrian University of Athens, Greece, and MSc and PhD degrees from the University of Sheffield, UK. She worked in the UK as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Section of Neuroscience, Medical School, University of Sheffield, UK. Her expertise includes human molecular and genetic medicine and stem cell research. She joined EPOS-Iasis in 2009 and is currently working on the projects: “Novel vitamin E-Biphosphonates as a therapeutic approach targeting bone loss associated with osteoporosis and bone related malignancies,” and “Molecular Markers of Antineoplastic Efficacy of Chromanol Esters.”
